To say 'thank you' for the ultimate compliment of recommending us, we have introduced a Client Referral Scheme. For every property we sell from your recommendation, you will receive a referral fee. The reward will be calculated on the property purchase value , and will be paid to you after the transaction has been completed.
What do I have to do?
All you have to do is to talk to as many people as possible about purchasing or selling a property through us. Let us know your friend's name and phone number, and the property he or she wants to sell, so we can do some research before we call. Alternatively, simply email us with the details of the referral and we will do the rest.
What happens next?
You´ll receive your reward for every person you referred when they buy or sell a property through us. It really is so simple! What's more, there is no limit to the number of people you can introduce. You don't even have to work for us to qualify!
* A qualified referral is a client who has not previously been submitted to our office.
